Vitamin B12 deficiency: Two feelings in the chest indicating a severe drop in B12

Vitamin B12 is best known for its role in the maintenance of the nervous and neurological systems. But despite its crucial role, levels are abnormally low among certain groups of the population. Surprisingly, symptoms of low B12 are abnormally low could be apparent in the chest.
