Need to view your account balance or make a payment? Making a payment is quick and easy, and can be done by several methods. We offer bill pay by phone, online or in-person. You can also pay in person at our conveniently-located Jacksonville, Florida Health & Wellness Center. Whatever your chosen option, we want you to be able to pay your bill in the way that is most convenient and secure for you.
To pay by phone, please call during our hours of operation and have your account information and payment info ready.
